Cameron W. HERYET
HERYET, Cameron W. 1959 – 2014 It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Cameron, June 6, 2014, in Ladner BC, surrounded by his loving family. Cameron, age 55, leaves behind his devoted wife and best friend of 30 years, Susan, and loving children, Nicole and Brandon. Mourning his loss are parents John and Lorraine Heryet, brother Trevor (Victoria), children Jeremy, Emily, brother-in-law John, sisters-in-law Jill, Jo Anne (Peter), nieces and nephews, extended family, friends and colleagues. Cameron, born and raised in Victoria, moved with Susan to Vancouver in 1986. After graduating from Capilano College he went on to become an accomplished and award winning commercial photographer/videographer working on projects across North America. His visual creativity, attention to detail, musical training, people skills and passion for the finished product, garnered a steady clientele. In recent years, he worked for the BC Cancer Agency, Vancouver, as head photographer/videographer. He was a natural athlete who loved the outdoors and being active with his family. Cameron was a wonderful father, husband, and friend who had a generous and kind spirit, who will be missed, but never forgotten. A heartfelt thank you to St Paul's Hospital Radiology Dept for their care and support over the years, and to staff and coworkers at the BC Cancer Agency. Flowers gratefully declined. Donations may be made in Cameron's name to either the BC Cancer Foundation or Delta Hospice Society, deltahospice.org. No service upon request. A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
