The workshop for the first meeting in the New Year is a practical shooting session led by our own Francois Cleroux.
Come and shoot some creative indoor projects at the Delta Photo Club. We will have numerous photo stations setup for you to learn how to photograph different cold weather indoor creative projects that you can shoot at home this winter.
Gear: Bring your camera and your tripod and a lens that can shoot up close. A Macro lens or a Zoom lens with Macro capabilities would work best but many zoom lenses and short telephoto lenses can work. Another option is to use Macro Extension Tubes that are available for next to nothing on eBay.
Lighting: The Smoke shooting is best done with flash. Please bring your flash and an off-camera flash trigger if you have one. There should be some for Canon and Nikon but Fuji, Sony and other brands may not be available. We will bring a standard Flash Cable that may work with some cameras.
Stations we will have setup:
Depending on water issues and the viability of using water in tanks and such, we may skip the water stations and do other items like a Black Reflective Station. If anyone has seen something they would like to try not on this list, please contact Francois at email@example.com
Non members: $10.00 by donation
See you there!
